Description:
“DTH” is the short for “Down The Hole” and sometimes it is also
called “RAB” in some markets, “RAB” is short for “Rotary Air
Blasting”.
Usage:
Rotation drill rig, air compressor and the “DTH drill string” are
the essential unit for DTH drilling while the “DTH drill string” is
always made up of DTH drill rods, DTH hammer and DTH bits. As one
of key component, the DTH hammer acts as a role of converting the
air pressure to the impact energy, simultaneously transferring
impact energy and rotation force to DTH bits.

Cautions:
1. Replace all "O" rings, check valve seals and springs inside the
submersible impactor, which can ensure the submersible impactor to
reduce the air consumption.
2. Ensure that the internal moving parts (piston) of the
submersible impactor are well lubricated, and remove all sharp
corners and burrs formed by the piston during use (it is
recommended to use an oil stone to grind off the sharp corners and
burrs of the piston).
3. Ensure that the check valve is clear and returns to the correct
position.
4. The outer casing and cylinder should be worn out and replaced in
time as needed.
5. Install correctly according to the installation order in the
manual or installation schematic.
6. Store properly.
